2. Widget Privacy (No Tracking)

The SaaSoop Feedback Widget is designed with a strictly "Privacy First" approach. We simply do not track end-users who interact with the widget on your customers' sites.

• We do not use cookies, local storage, or any persistent identifiers for the widget.
• We do not track user browsing history or behavior.
• We only capture data that is explicitly submitted by the user (e.g. feedback text, email if provided).
• Technical metadata (such as Browser, OS, and current URL) is captured only at the moment of submission to help debug issues, and is never used for tracking purposes.

3. Website & Dashboard Data Collection

We collect information that you provide securely to us. We also use analytics tools to understand how our tool is used and to improve it. However, we believe in full transparency: we only activate Google Analytics and usage tracking if you explicitly consent and opt-in via our cookie banner. If you do not consent, no tracking calls are made.

4. Data Storage

Our services are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (firebase). All data is stored securely in the United States.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze the use of our service. These services are only initialized if you have granted us permission. If you opt-in, these third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
